Parker, AZ Picture Decriptions

#1 Picture -  The large Homes on the waterside of the Highway are located in the Spectacular Neighborhood of Miraleste Shores along the Parker Strip.  Condminiums on the opposite side of the highway are Sandpiper.

#2 Picture - The homes located along the waterway channels are in Lake Moovalya Keys or as locals call them, "The Keys".  To the far right side of the photo is Casa Del Rio Condos.  The small inlet is where each condo has a private dock.  The far left end of the photo is the neighborhood of Miraleste Shores.

#3 Picture - This picture was taken just south of Moovalya Keys area where some spectacular Parker AZ river view properties exist.  The homes away from the water going up the hillside are in Moovalya Estates.  They have access to to the river through a FREE public launch ramp less than a mile away.  The homes on the waterfront are in the same location where Arizona Shores Motel was once located now converted to a private residence.  Many watersports enthusiasts view this area as a piece of paradise.  

#4 Picture - This is the spectacular and scenic area of Holiday Harbour at the north end of the Parker Strip just about 1 1/2 miles south of the Parker Dam.  Holiday Harbour has a private community park and launch ramp on the river.  The park area is just outside the view of this picture to the right.  Most of the homes on the water in this area have been rebuilt in recent years and are nearly all something beautiful to behold.  The long white rows of homes to the far right side of the photo is Verde West.  This is a private community particularly popular with the Snowbird crowd.

#5 Picture - If you a golfer this is one of the must play courses in the area.  It's name, Emerald Canyon.  The aerial photo does not do it justice.  It has been reviewed in golf publications as one of the best buys in Arizona Golf and is a course with rugged beauty that you will never forget.  The waterfront area in the photo is La Paz County Park.  The location of the Parker, AZ Bluegrass Festival each spring.
